lizard cafe

If you’ve ever wanted to try eating bugs in Japan, drop by the lizard cafe Hachuurui Revo, in Kurashiki.
Don’t worry, they don’t serve lizards–just bugs. Crickets, bamboo worms, and giant water bugs, to be specific.

They serve other standard dishes as well, such as katsu-curry or loco-moco. However, their insect curry is what gets people talking.
The concept of the cafe is to get reptile lovers together in one spot to see and interact with exotic snakes, lizards, and turtles.
