A long-established Sushi and Japanese-style restaurant
This is a very famous Japanese restaurant with a history of more than 40 years cherished by many in Okayama.
You can of course enjoy Okayama’s specialties such as “Bara-zushi” or “Mamakari,” but you also have a variety of choices of Japanese-style “Teishoku,” at fair prices ranging from 1,500 yen to 3,000 yen. (There are three or four types for 1,500 yen. Tempura Teishoku or Sashimi Teishoku are especially tasty.) There are also some side dishes, each for about 600 yen.
This restaurant has been well served for business or other formal occasions. Their Sakes are not only local ones but tasty Sakes from other prefectures are also available. So, you can be sure that you will be satisfied with any choice you would make.
“Umeshu,” Japanese liquor made from Ume, also come in many different types, and any type is tasty.
For your dessert, you can enjoy home-made pudding or ice cream made from high quality ingredients.
It should be possible to have their food delivered to places around Okayama station if you make an advance request on the previous day. So please contact them if necessary.
Their menu is rich in its variety, so it is clear that they always provide their dishes and services with their customers in mind. The staff are all kind, so you will be fully satisfied with comfortable and pleasant services as well as delicious food. This is the place which Okayama should be proud of.
They provide the menu only in Japanese, so it might be easier if you go with someone who speaks Japanese. However, the menu and their HP carry a lot of pictures, making it easier for someone with little knowledge of Japanese language to decide and order.
You can choose to be served in a tatami room rather than at tables.
